Project Description:
This project for WayFinders affordable housing developer consists of the renovation of a historic brick building to provide 12 units of affordable housing as well as the development of three additional separate parcels in downtown Holyoke, MA to provide a total of 41 units of new affordable housing units to the downtown Holyoke area.
WayFinders hired Soles Consulting, LLC to oversee the construction project throughout it's 17-month active construction and closeout phases.

Project Description:
This project for WayFinders affordable housing developer consists of the construction of 60 new units of residential apartments within a single four story building. The building will also include ancillary facilities including an office, community room, laundry room, and restrooms.

Project Description:
As Sr. Campus Planner and Lead Capital Project Manager for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Andy Soles managed program development, schematic design and construction for the 25,000 sf renovation of the Fine Arts Bridge for the Departments of Music, Arts and Theater. The project programming included painting and drawing studios, a theatrical rehearsal studio, costume shop, an animation studio and a state of the art recording studio.

As Sr. Campus Planner and Lead Capital Project Manager for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Andy Soles managed program development, site selection, schematic design and construction for this 500,000 sf residential college on the UMass Amherst Campus. This fast-tracked $200 million project was completed on budget and on time.

Project Description:
As Sr. Campus Planner and Lead Capital Project Manager for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Andy Soles managed program development, schematic design and construction for this 3,700 SF renovation and accessibility upgrade of what was previously an elementary school auditorium. Upgrades included reconfiguration of the auditorium entry to provide a welcoming new entry portal, new interior finishes, tablet-arm fixed seating, and installation of new MEP/fire protection systems.
